Role overview
Tasks Through optimal management in terms of sales readiness, product presentation and sales promotion, you offer our customers the best possible shopping experience.
You lead and support your employees and are responsible for ensuring that business principles such as net sales, liquidations, personnel costs, depreciation of goods and inventory differences are adhered to in the assigned department.
You also ensure compliance with quality and POS guidelines such as freshness/quality, hygiene, temperature regulations, expiry dates.
In addition to your main job, you will be responsible for managing the sales outlet in the absence of management.
- Requirements - Completed basic training in the food retail trade or corresponding professional experience in the food sales area.
- Experience in a comparable function with management tasks
- Independent and proactive way of working as well as affinity for working with different systems
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written German
- Discounts: up to 20% discount on various insurance services, up to 20% discount in all formats of the Coop Group, cheaper mobile and prepaid subscriptions with Coop Mobile
- Conditions of employment: Pension fund: 2/3 is paid in by Coop, collective employment contract (GAV), Loyalty bonuses
