- You lead and empower a dedicated team of around 30 nurses and ensure high-quality care
- You will continue to develop processes in the shared governance team and maintain close cooperation with the clinic to continuously improve patient care.
- You bring a diploma as a nurse HF/FH, experience in the acute field and several years of management experience;
