Role overview
That's what you expect: As part of Mobi24 AG, a company of the Mobiliar group, you take on a variety of contact center tasks in the insurance field and advise our customers in exceptional situations and emergencies.
This is what you do with us: The core of your job is to answer the calls of our customers outside the opening hours of general agencies and to receive electronic damages in all industries.
You can consult the customers in a first interview thanks to your insurance skills and create offers as well as insurance certificates.

Key requirements
- Abgeschlossene Grundbildung in der Versicherungsbranche bzw. Ausbildung als Versicherungsvermittler:in VBV
- Freude am Kundenkontakt sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Teamfähigkeit und selbständige, kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise Flexibilität und hohe Belastbarkeit
- Bereitschaft zu unregelmässigen Arbeitseinsätzen (z.B. abends bis 20.30 Uhr sowie an Wochenenden und Feiertagen)
- Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse sowie solide Französisch- und/oder Italienischkenntnisse
