Outpatient hospital invoicing is technically demanding and differs significantly from classical invoicing. For this we are looking for 1. November 2026 or by agreement a person with a strong understanding of medical and administrative contexts, high accuracy and initial experience in tariff issues.

Do you have experience in the Swiss healthcare sector, understand medical services as well as tariff and insurance-related relationships and like to work precisely and structured? They take over

• Testing and correct billing of outpatient treatment cases
• Application of tariffs, legal bases, contracts and internal requirements
• Assessment of covered services for completeness and tariff correctness
• Processing of rejections and inquiries from health and accident insurance
• Professional correspondence with clinics, insurance companies, patients and internal bodies
• Collaboration in process optimizations and technical projects within invoicing

They bring with them

• Completed training in a medical, health or commercial environment
• Professional experience in Swiss health care necessary
• Good understanding of medical services, administrative processes and insurance issues
• Ability to quickly capture, correctly assess and reliably implement complex issues
• Very precise, structured and responsible working methods
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Secure handling of common IT applications
• Experience in hospital invoicing or service billing as well as knowledge of TARDOC, other ambulatory tariff systems, health and accident insurance or SAP IS-H are advantageous
