You take over

• Organizational and administrative work as well as counter service in the hotel industry services including rental of the 160 staff apartments, management of the wardrobes and provision of work equipment for all hospital and clinic employees at the hospital campus Münsterlingen (telephone, badge, key, visual identification, parking day)
• Administrative support for the hotel industry and housekeeping including telephone service

You bring with you

• CV training with EFZ degree or hotel school degree
• Professional experience in administration
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Very good knowledge in dealing with the common MS-Office programs
• Competent and binding presence
• Structured and organised working methods, flexibility and reliability
• Strong service and service concept as well as high quality awareness
