- Exact analysis of customer needs and concrete development of the specialist requirements for investment solutions and consulting processes
- Organizing, moderating and implementing requirements workshops with the relevant stakeholders
Company and context
- Interface function in the organization between specialist departments (e.g. product management, sales, legal department, interaction designer) as well as IT with ensuring overarching coordination and communication
- Completed studies in business administration or business informatics
- At least five years of experience in project business for the investment sector at financial institutions, knowledge of regulatory requirements in the banking sector is an advantage
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills as well as methodological competencies, e.g.
- GUI prototyping, BPMN, UX design, user story writing, use case modeling, etc.
- Knowledge of agile project implementation (SAFe, SCRUM, Kanban) is an advantage
- High personal responsibility, flexibility and entrepreneurial thinking and action
- Pronounced service orientation, creator qualities, willingness to learn and teamwork Winning and secure appearance and eloquent communication in German
