My name is Senevita and I am one of the leading providers in the field of long-term care and care. I have many exciting apprenticeships to offer; in care, in the hotel industry, in the commercial sector and in company maintenance. At the moment, around 210 learners are being trained with me.Imagine: over 200 young people have chosen me as their teaching company! Already cool, right? I am really proud of that!

As of August 2027 we have the following free apprenticeship: Assistant in Health and Social EBA This is what awaits you You start with us in a varied and important profession with a future! No day is the same: you work with people, take responsibility step by step and learn something new every day. You can discover your strengths, develop yourself and make a valuable contribution to the well-being of our inhabitants. During your training, you accompany and support our residents in their everyday life. For example, you help them with personal care, dressing and lining, nutrition and everyday activities. You will learn to respond to the individual needs and habits of our residents and to promote their independence. You also take on simple nursing tasks and watch carefully how our residents are doing. You pass on changes to the responsible professionals. Housekeeping and organizational activities are also part of your varied working day. You work closely with your team and various professionals and help our residents feel safe and comfortable with us. With us you can expect a versatile and practical two-year training. We accompany you on your way to becoming a Health and Social EBA assistant and support you in developing your personal and professional skills. You bring that with you

• You have completed compulsory schooling and are motivated to start working and learn new things.
• You have good knowledge of German in words and writing.
