• Reception of our patients and data collection (SAP)
• Triagulation on the phone and scheduling of assignments and emergencies
• Administrative pre- and post-processing of all office hours and creation of workflows in the clinic information system
• Agenda management and case management
• Writing medical consultation, surgery and exit reports
• Preparation of small surgical procedures
• Assistance in gynecological examinations, ultrasound examinations and pregnancy checks
• Preparation and follow-up of stationary entrances
• Performing vein punctures, vaccinations, injections
• Material management, ordering

• Training as a medical practice assistant or equivalent training in the health care sector
