- Prepare, maintain and store the consultation room (replacement of protective paper, disinfection of surfaces and organization of space).
- Ensure cleaning and disinfection of medical equipment.
- Attending paediatric consultations: blood tests, injections, samples, urine tests, dressings, wound care, tympanometrics, audiogram, vision control, measurements of weight, size and vital signs and ensuring the delivery of samples to the laboratory
- Accompany the doctor to the consultation room when necessary
- Prepare, update and scan patient medical records
- Invoicing the medical assistant's benefits and checking the billing of the consultation
- Miscellaneous administrative work (mail, mail and medical documents)
- Administrative management of the paediatric service Your assets
- CWC medical assistant or CASS or medical secretary degree with training in injections and blood test Desired prior experience in pediatrics
- Excellent mastery of computer tools (Outlook, Word) and ideally Opale, Soarian, Ultragenda software
