Main responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities Executive Support & Coordination
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements for members of the Leadership Team.
  • Coordinate Board meetings, Leadership Team meetings, off-sites, and other key events.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, meeting materials, and follow-up documentation.
  • Coordinate the collection, preparation, and filing of content for Board and Leadership Team meetings.
  • Support executive communications and correspondence as required.
  • Handle confidential information with a high degree of discretion and professionalism. Business Support & Administration
  • Coordinate activities and follow-up actions across teams to support the execution of key business initiatives.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between departments and stakeholders.
  • Track departmental budgets and process vendor invoices.

Key requirements

  • Commercial apprenticeship, diploma in Executive Administration, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
