They take over

• Reception and care of patients
• Organisation and coordination of consultation hours
• Writing of medical and insurance reports
• Performance measurement and management
• Telephone and written correspondence with family doctors, patients and insurance companies
• General secretarial and administrative tasks

They bring with them

• Training as medical secretary or MPA and professional experience in the medical environment
• Very good knowledge of German and safety in medical terminology
• Enjoying the sensitive treatment of patients
• Organizational talent and a structured, reliable working method, team spirit and a solution-oriented and committed personality
