Main responsibilities
- Advice to our industrial and metal processing customers
- Sales and introduction of new products and services
- Acquiring new customers and maintaining existing customer relationships
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and processing customer complaints
- Visit planning, reporting and maintenance of customer master data in CRM
- Identify market trends and new customer needs and initiate sales-effective measures Requirements
- Basic technical training, ideally as a polymechanic combined with further commercial training
- Industry experience from the industrial or metal sector Field sales experience Fluent German language skills Residence in the market area
- Independent and customer-oriented personality
