While the Senevita locations stand for independent assisted living and comprehensive care, Senevita Casa is the leading provider of private Spitex services throughout Switzerland.

For our Senevita location foundry in Arbon we are looking for 01. October 2026 or after agreement g one/n Security guarantor(s) (SIBE) - Employees/ -in operation maintenance 80 - 100%.

Your tasks

• You take on the tasks of the Safety Officer (SIBE) occupational safety and fire protection and ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations throughout the house.
• You are responsible for the repair and maintenance of the buildings and the surrounding area.
• You are responsible for the professional execution or coordination of all technical, electrical and sanitary work in the area of maintenance.
• When moving and accepting apartments, you help with the smooth organization.
• Resolving disturbances in heating, ventilation, high and low power installations and the locking system.
• You set up telephones, TV sets, bells and other facilities in our living room.
• You ensure professional and environmentally friendly disposal of the resulting materials and waste.
• You perform seasonal and correct gardening.
• You manage the keys of our house.

You bring that with you

• Professional maintenance training or equivalent.
• Further education as SIBE.
• You don’t shy away from physical work and are willing to take on piquetting services.
• With your reliable, independent and exact working method, you ensure high quality in your area of responsibility.
• You enjoy dealing with older people and meet our residents respectfully, friendly and with empathy.
• You have good knowledge of German in word and writing.
• Driving licence class B is a requirement.
