- Conducting nursing assessments for older people with complex psychiatric or organic brain disorders in home settings or institutions
- Advising and supporting nursing and care teams in dealing with challenging situations in daily care practice
- Conducting nursing consultations, nursing rounds, and case discussions
- Advising patients and their relatives on coping with mental illnesses in old age
- Planning and conducting training for nursing and care teams
- Promoting interprofessional collaboration between institutions, outpatient services, and psychiatric specialists
- Contributing to the further development of nursing concepts and services in the Consultation and Liaison Service
- Participating in the strategic and professional development of the service within the framework of dual leadership Master of Science in Nursing (MScN)
- Professional experience in psychiatric nursing, ideally in the field of geriatric psychiatry
