- Provide a reference role for HR applications, be a driver in terms of digitalization and automation of HR data;

Company and context
- Update the organizational chart and manage HR software access rights. Training and experience:
- University-level bachelor's training relevant to the post, including human resources, economics, management, statistics, management information technology or training deemed equivalent
- Experience of at least 3 years in HR data analysis, HR reporting or HR management control
- Experience in operating a HRIS and time management software Technical expertise:
- Mastery of Excel and tools for data processing, control and visualisation
- Ability to construct relevant indicators and document their calculation rules
- Very good analytical, synthesis and writing skills
- Ability to interpret and make data available to non-specialist audiences
- Good command of office automation and HR information systems Personal Skills and Other Knowledge: Rigueur, method and sense of data quality
- Critical spirit, ability to identify inconsistencies and propose pragmatic solutions
