- Training and schools of locomotive drivers:in and shunting staff of categories B and A
- Creation of training concepts and programmes
- Quality controls in the management of the rail group and in external trainers Cooperation and running of projects
- Management of the train according to timetable, taking into account load and braking ratio and external influences relevant for the journey Requirements
- Trained/-r locomotive drivers:in category B
- Professional experience as locomotive driver:in B
- Experience in the field of instructors:in advantage Methodological and didactic skills, Social competence and assertiveness
- communication strength and safe appearance in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- good knowledge of legal regulations Rail and safety issues
- willingness to provide irregular services (incl. Weekends and Holidays)
