Their tasks

• - Leadership and further development of the team (3 MA) of engineers and CAD designers in Flawil and deputy of the
• Head of Mechanical Design
• - Development of customized tool solutions as well as new products for OEM and customer projects from the technical
• Design until implementation
• - preparation of the necessary technical product documentation as well as planning and conducting tests and
• Measurement series
• - Technical support for sales, applications and other internal interfaces as well as advice for customers and
• OEM projects
• - Optimization of working methods, tools and development processes as well as ensuring uniform standards for
• 3D modelling

Your profile

• - Technical training in the mechanical sector with further training as a mechanical engineer HF/FH or comparable
• Qualification
• - Several years of experience in the development and construction of precision mechanical products, ideally in
• Machine tool construction
• Ideally, experience in the professional and personnel management of smaller teams
• Very good 3D CAD knowledge and experience with MS Office and SAP
• Analytical, solution-oriented and communicative personality with high quality awareness
• - Confident in German and English
