Tasks

• You take on joint responsibility for the management and organisation of a medical bed ward with a focus on hand surgery, plastic surgery and urology.

• In day-to-day management, you manage the human and operational processes together with the co-management departments and contribute to a stable and efficient station operation.

• You promote and accompany the professional and personal development of your employees and shape a structured training of new team members.

• They create framework conditions that enable high-quality and patient-centered care and are actively involved in the further development of processes and structures.

• You live a constructive, interprofessional and interdisciplinary cooperation in everyday life and promote it in a targeted manner.

Requirements

• You are a qualified nurse with at least two years of professional experience, ideally in an acute care hospital.

• They have leadership training or are willing to complete it.

• They convince through high social and self-competence, strong organizational skills and a structured and solution-oriented thinking and action.

• As a committed personality, you take responsibility, actively shape changes and enjoy accompanying your team in its development, strengthening employees and jointly designing sustainable solutions for a demanding day-to-day care.
