- In a decentralized organization we support our customers from the area search to the purchase and the support up to the end of the use.
- With you our regional customers are comprehensively looked after! You Can Make That Do
- You lead a team of 9 employees (real estate managers:inside) in terms of personnel, technical and business management and you continue to develop your organizational unit.
- In your area (Zurich, Schaffhausen and Central Switzerland) you are responsible for comprehensive, high-quality and efficient management and ensure our Swiss standards.
- You actively support the daily operational business and take over a small portfolio and more complex special cases in the area of property management.
- For your properties/portfolio, you will take on active marketing, owner representation during clarifications, as well as state recording and the determination of maintenance and development and return measures.
- You are in close contact with the renters, the neighbourhood and the authorities, supported in the search/take over of rental space and negotiated smaller rental contracts
- You play a leading role in optimizing processes, tools and instruments and take part in special tasks. You bring this with you
- You have several years of experience in the management of real estate with a focus on commercial real estate.
- You have completed a higher level of education with a specialization in real estate (e.g. real estate manager:in, marketer:in, real estate evaluator:in).
