Main responsibilities
- Preparation, implementation and follow-up of the lessons
- Practice-oriented lesson design according to adult education criteria
- Lesson structure taking into account the different requirements of the course participants
- Regular consultation with your contact persons in the club school administration
- Participation in further training Requisiti
- Proven teaching experience in adult education: in the relevant subject area or in a comparable function
- Completed basic or further training: Degree from a technical college or university in the subject area to be taught (e.g. fashion design) or an equivalent professional qualification with federal recognition (EFZ clothing designer) or self-taught or in training
- Customer-oriented, well-groomed and courteous demeanor
- Independent, flexible and reliable personality
- Impart specialist knowledge in a varied, participant- and goal-oriented manner and arouse enthusiasm at the same time
