• HF nurse diploma or equivalent with SRK recognition
• Several years of work experience in geriatrics, preferably with CAS training in geriatrics
• Training in (nursing) management at team leader level or willingness to acquire it
• Predisposition for constructive work and change processes
• Autonomous, reliable, and structured work based on a high sense of quality
• Committed, resilient personality with well-developed social, personal, and professional skills
• Experience or interest in anthroposophic nursing education
• Team-oriented, solution-focused, and communicative
