- Personnel, organisational, professional and financial management of the station with 24 beds and around 25 employees with a focus on clear structures and binding framework conditions in everyday life
- Strategic planning and sustainable implementation of station goals as well as future-oriented projects
- Design and development of structures and processes to ensure professional patient-centered and high-quality care
- Promoting an open, appreciative and at the same time binding station culture characterized by clear communication, mutual respect and constructive cooperation
- Responsibility for securing and continuously developing the quality of care, care and treatment
- Active participation in team development processes and strengthening positive team dynamics
- Identification and targeted promotion of the strengths of employees as well as support of development processes with clarity and commitment
- Predictive budget and resource management for optimal control of station operation
