- Self-governing the assigned department with ensuring the professional service process
- Responsibility for compliance with the HACCP directive in the satellite kitchens in the departments Requirements:
- You have completed your training in the area of hotel industry or in the domestic industry and you are ideally bringing appropriate professional experience with
- You have a high level of service and a skill and joy in dealing with patients
- They have a high level of social competence, empathy, team skills and independent working methods
- You have a flair for IT systems (e.g.
- Sanalogic) and speak well German and understand Dialect
