- You will take part in team meetings and supervision sessions and assist with systemic and psychiatric specialist and case counselling.

- Studies in social education or social work (FH/HF) or a comparable education.
- As a trustworthy person, you meet people in an appreciative way and shape relationships that are engaged and clarifying.
- Ideally, you will bring professional experience in counselling as well as in the partial or stationary or therapeutic area.
- You work solution-oriented, and also approach challenging situations with a pinch of humor and act calmly and decisively in conflict situations.
- You value flexible, self-organized working hours and are open to individually planned assignments.
- Fixed Fridays are possible in consultation with the team.
