Main responsibilities
- Preparation, implementation and follow-up of the lessons
- Practice-oriented teaching design according to adult educational criteria
- Lesson structure taking into account the different requirements of the course participants
- Regular agreement with your contact persons of the club school administration

- Proven teaching experience in adult education: in the corresponding subject area or in a comparable function
- Completed basic or further training: Completed at a technical or university in the subject area to be taught (e.g. fashion design) or an equivalent professional qualification with federal recognition (EFZ clothing designer) or self-taught or courteous appearance
- Customer-oriented, cultivated and accommodating personality
- Independent, flexible and reliable personality
- Adaptive expertise varied, participant- and goal-oriented and inspire enthusiasm
