Main responsibilities

Application process
- Consulting and implementation of complex ServiceNow projects in IT Service Management and Customer Service Management and other ServiceNow applications
- Responsibility for requirements, solution design, architecture issues and coordination with specialist areas
- Use of modern ServiceNow functions for automation, artificial intelligence and efficient processes
- Quick entry into ongoing customer projects with a high level of personal responsibility
- Cooperation with Swisscom B2B customers, development teams, operations and product owners Your skills
- Several years of experience in ServiceNow projects with configuration, implementation and introduction for demanding customers
- Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), and at least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification, preferably in IT Service Management or Customer Service Management;
- Other focus areas such as IT Operations Management are beneficial
