- The Role and Team: We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Chief Commercial Officer, based in Zurich.
Company and context
- As a trusted partner to the CCO and Leadership Team, you will play a key role in enabling leadership effectiveness, driving operational excellence, and supporting the execution of strategic priorities across a global organization.
- Working closely with senior stakeholders across regions and functions, you will manage executive priorities, coordinate key initiatives, facilitate leadership processes, and foster collaboration across teams.
- In addition, you may provide support to members of the Global Central Team and other senior leaders as business needs require.
