- Erfahrung im Betrieb geschäftskritischer Plattformen und Services
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der Microsoft-365-Services inklusive Copilot, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI-Governance und Prompt Engineering
- Erfahrung mit Microsoft-Tenant-Management, Cloud-Plattformen, Automatisierung und Software as a Service mit Fokus auf Security und Compliance
- Kenntnisse in Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI Services oder verwandten Technologien sind ein Plus
- Hohe Eigeninitiative, vernetztes Denken sowie eine lösungs- und umsetzungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

- University degree in computer science, business informatics or comparable education and training
- Several years of experience as Engineer:in, DevSecOps Engineer:in or Solution Architect:in in the Microsoft cloud environment, especially with Microsoft 365, Azure and Copilot
- Experience in operating mission-critical platforms and services
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 services including co-pilot, large language models (LLMs), AI governance and prompt engineering
- Experience with Microsoft tenant management, cloud platforms, automation and software as a service with a focus on security and compliance
- Knowledge of Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI Services or related technologies is a plus
- High initiative, networked thinking and a solution- and implementation-oriented working method
