Role overview

The Media & Channel Management (MKM) department of Raiffeisen Switzerland is the competence center for planning, controlling and optimizing all marketing and communication measures.

We are responsible for the distribution across all owned and paid channels, continuously develop data-driven and personalized 1:1 marketing and shape the development and expansion of modern marketing technologies.

In order to strengthen our team "Journey & MarTech", we are looking for an enthusiastic and performance-oriented personality with a high degree of personal responsibility and several years of experience in the field of marketing automation as Senior Customer Journey & Marketing Automation Manager (f/m/d).

Main responsibilities

  • You design, develop and operate automated, cross-channel customer journeys with a focus on lead generation, lead nurturing and conversion
  • You configure and test campaign logic, triggers, easy target group selections and decision-making in our marketing automation platform (BSI)
  • You orchestrate marketing across multiple channels and deliver a consistent, personalized customer experience across the entire journey
  • You work closely with marketing, sales, product management, analytics and IT and translate professional requirements into effective journeys and automation solutions
  • You define relevant KPIs, analyze campaign and journey performance, derive optimization measures and continuously develop them through tests and data-based insights
  • As a senior, you actively contribute your experience to the further development of our marketing automation and journey strategy and shape the construction of our MarTech landscape Requirements
  • Completed studies (university or university of applied sciences) with a focus on marketing, economics or a comparable discipline
  • Several years of experience in marketing automation, CRM (ideally with BSI, alternatively Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign or HubSpot) or data-driven marketing
  • In-depth understanding of customer lifecycle management, segmentation, trigger logic and data-driven campaign management
  • Experience in the design, implementation and optimization of automated customer journeys
