- Requirements Management: Elicit, analyze, prioritize, validate, document, and manage business, stakeholder, functional, non-functional, and transition requirements.
- Engage cross-functional stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and resolve conflicting needs to align teams around solution direction.
- Solution Evaluation: Define success measures and acceptance criteria, validate proposed and delivered solutions against business needs, and use stakeholder feedback, usage insights, and other evidence to identify improvement opportunities.
- AI Business Analysis: Translate business needs into actionable requirements for AI-enabled solutions, preparing them for prioritization by the Product Owner and Product Manager, and help stakeholders understand AI cap
