Main responsibilities
- Holistic real estate management of an allocated real estate portfolio of commercial properties of varying complexity and size (including shopping centers) as well as a small portfolio of apartments
- Ensuring and processing the rights and obligations arising from the rental relationships with partners and landlords

- Participation in planning, implementation and monitoring of services that ensure safe, clean, customer-oriented and cost-conscious operation of sales locations and residential properties Requirements - at least 3 years of professional experience: preferably in the real estate industry
- Completed vocational training (EFZ): basic commercial or technical training.
- Further training as a real estate manager with a federal certificate Specialist certificate. Independent and structured way of working
