Implementation and support of the fruit & vegetables, beverages and tobacco product groups with regard to quality requirements and legal requirements.
Quality-related product data such as: Ensure specifications and labels are correct.
3-5 years of professional experience: in a comparable position with a fruit and vegetable background an advantage
Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF): Degree in food engineering an advantage

Implementation and support of the fruit & vegetables, beverages and tobacco product groups with regard to quality requirements and legal requirements.
Quality-related product data such as: Ensure specifications and labels are correct.
Manage the tender process from a quality management perspective including annual planning of tastings and take part in offer, product range and complaint tastings.
Process complaints, complaints and inquiries from internal and external bodies, prepare consumer tests.
Carry out product maintenance and product range reviews.
Head of quality management for relevant topics such as projects, audits, etc. support.

3-5 years of professional experience: in a comparable position with a fruit and vegetable background an advantage
