As part of the zKIS/EPIC program, you are actively involved in the introduction of a new clinic information system at the University Hospital Zurich.
The project is one of the central digitalization initiatives of the USZ and helps to standardize clinical processes, improve cooperation and sustainably support the everyday work of employees.

Main responsibilities

- You plan and control the tasks within your area of responsibility and ensure their implementation
- You actively support your team in everyday work, remove obstacles and promote cooperation
- You lead your team in the sense of a "primus inter pares" and work through example and commitment
- Together with the project management, you ensure that challenges such as resource bottlenecks or failures are solved Requirements
- You have professional experience in the hospital environment and/or in Epic and are able to take on professional leadership.
- This means that you are familiar with at least one major hospital process and can also take on topic leadership in this area.
- You have leadership experience or the potential to lead a team and create a structured work environment
- You work independently, take responsibility and actively support others in finding solutions (coaching approach)
