You will lead exciting investment projects for Migros in-house bakeries and actively shape standards in infrastructure, construction and manufacturing technology.

- You will develop and define the FFB-HB implementation standards in the areas of infrastructure/construction as well as manufacturing technology and production equipment for home bakeries
- In cooperation with the heads of production of home bakeries and the heads of sales at Migros, you will be responsible for the professional handling of investment projects, based on the home bakery strategy of the FFB
- Professional experience: Several years of experience in the management of technical projects with, ideally in the field of production, food industry or retail
- Completed apprenticeship (EFZ): Basic technical training with further training in the field of engineering, construction, production technology or project management
Main responsibilities
- You will develop and define the FFB-HB implementation standards in the areas of infrastructure/construction as well as manufacturing technology and production equipment for home bakeries
- In cooperation with the heads of production of home bakeries and the heads of sales at Migros, you will be responsible for the professional handling of investment projects, based on the home bakery strategy of the FFB
- You ensure that the quality specifications in the projects are met in terms of costs, benefits and deadlines
- You develop solution proposals and preliminary studies according to the defined requirements
- You will prepare detailed cost estimates, layout drawings and planning of equipment requirements
- You realize approved projects including order processing
- You will be responsible for the technical documentation and the structured handover of the projects to the clients.
- You are responsible for budget preparation and budget implementation in the Migros Home Bakeries division
- You will provide technical advice and support to the HB mechanics in the maintenance of the home bakery regions
Key requirements
- Professional experience: Several years of experience in the management of technical projects with, ideally in the field of production, food industry or retail
- Completed apprenticeship (EFZ): Basic technical training with further training in the field of engineering, construction, production technology or project management
- You have in-depth knowledge in the areas of infrastructure, construction, manufacturing technology and production equipment
