- The Finance Transformation is building a leading connected, collaborative Finance Function which is faster and more insight-driven.
- Contribute to the Databricks operating model for Finance: roles, responsibilities, ways of working with Group IT / data platform teams.
- Evaluate solution options for Finance needs.
- Assess which requirements should be implemented on Databricks vs.
- other platforms (SAP, Anaplan, BI tools), in line with the Finance technology strategy.
Main responsibilities
- Contribute to the Databricks operating model for Finance: roles, responsibilities, ways of working with Group IT / data platform teams.
- Evaluate solution options for Finance needs.
- Develop business cases for Databricks initiatives, including benefits (data quality, automation, speed, insight), effort and cost.
- Support prioritisation of Databricks use cases within the Finance Transformation roadmap.
- Translate business needs/requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria.
- Define test cases and acceptance criteria for Databricks solutions from a Finance perspective.
- Coordinate UAT with Finance users, manage defects and support resolution.
- Ensure Databricks initiatives remain aligned with the target Finance technology and data architecture defined by the Business Solution Architects. What you bring
- Experience as Business Analyst or SME in Finance, data or analytics projects.
- Good understanding of Finance / Group Finance processes.

- other platforms (SAP, Anaplan, BI tools), in line with the Finance technology strategy.
- Translate business needs/requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria.
- What you bring - Experience as Business Analyst or SME in Finance, data or analytics projects.

- Experience working with IT / data engineering teams on shared solutions.
