We are looking for a passionate and motivated person for the role of Organizational Support for the Group Water, Gas and Heat Teams What you will do concretely: You will support the organization and coordination of the Group’s daily activities laying water, gas and district heating. You will work with the manager in the planning of interventions and in the management of urgency, take care of technical and administrative documentation and facilitate the exchange of information between managers, technicians, operational teams and internal functions. You will also follow the progress of the activities, contributing to compliance with deadlines, procedures and company standards and to the good functioning of the service. Who are you?
• you have an AFC as an installer/hour of sanitary facilities or heating, or equivalent title in the field of water, gas and district heating networks;
• you have experience in administrative, organizational or operational support activities, ideally in technical, shipbuilding or infrastructure;
• you have a good understanding of construction processes and related technical and administrative documentation;
• demonstrates ability to organize activities, manage priorities and work with method even in a dynamic context and subject to frequent changes;
• you are precise/or in the management of documents, logs, operational data and technical information;
• you have excellent knowledge of the MS Office package and familiarize yourself with digital planning, management and monitoring tools;
• you are a precise, reliable and confidential person, with good communication skills and preparation for team work;
• of preference you have experience in the field of water, gas or district heating networks, or in the technical-administrative management of infrastructure yards;
• you have the license to conduct category B;
• you have Swiss citizenship or residence permit. What we offer:
