- Analyze and accompany training needs with applicants
- Contribute to the design of face, distance or mixed training
Main responsibilities
- Analyze and accompany training needs with applicants
- Contribute to the design of face, distance or mixed training
- Pilot or support training development projects
- Analyse the quality of training and implement the necessary improvements
- Evaluate the results and effects of training
- Structure training provision in coordination with all relevant stakeholders Profile
- Federal training certificate or equivalent training in the field of training
- Solid expertise in andragogy, applied through various formative experiences in company
- Mastery of educational design tools and methods for adults
- Excellent communication skills, with a pronounced sense of customer service
