Company and context
- Leadership of a cross-divisional project team (local and virtual) in a matrix organization with regular exchange with product management, R&D and operations.
- Planning and coordination of product certifications (e.g. TÜV, UL)
- Project management of new developments and product lifecycle projects in the high-volume area of electromechanical components in modern PLM systems over the entire development process and life cycle.
- Control of the product change essence in approval processes, maintenance of technical documentation, drawings, parts lists and change notifications.
- Implementation and moderation of FMEAs, risk analyses and technical reviews in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure successful project implementation and project monitoring with respect to the project objectives in accordance with the Stäubli project lifecycle model applied in close cooperation with the PMO.
- Reporting on project progress and project KPIs to divisional and group management, as well as to customers as appropriate.
- Completed studies as an engineer/in FH/ETH (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or comparable discipline).
- Several years of experience in product development, ideally in the area of electrical connectors or electrical components in high volume.
- Several years of relevant experience in project management in the industrial environment (PMP, Prince2 or IPMA level C/D certificate is advantageous)
