Role overview

To strengthen our team in the Global Engineering department, we are looking for a committed Project Director for large projects (f/m/d), 100%.
Your tasks: Overall responsibility for complex large-scale and investment projects (capex) across all project phases - from the feasibility study to handover to operations.

- Completed technical university degree (ETH/FH/TU) or comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in managing complex large-scale and investment projects in an industrial environment, ideally GMP-regulated.
Key requirements
- Completed technical university degree (ETH/FH/TU) or comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in managing complex large-scale and investment projects in an industrial environment, ideally GMP-regulated.
- Profound experience with project delivery models such as EPCm, EPC and AE .
- Experience in early project phases (feasibility and concept studies) as well as in governance and decision-making processes.
- Good overall technical understanding of process, automation and building topics.
- Experience in budget and investment management (Capex/Opex).
- Several years of leadership experience as well as strong communication and coordination skills.
- Very good knowledge of German and good English.
