Tasks

As a committed specialist, the quality of life of older people is a central concern for you. You value good teamwork and are open to innovative forms of work such as grade-skill mix. In this newly created position as specialist responsible:r Care for the Belp habitat, you are directly subordinate to the care management and help to ensure and further develop the care quality. You are responsible for integrating Domicil overarching concepts and assessments into everyday care and supports employees in the implementation (development, implementation and evaluation of nursing guidelines and standards).

You are willing to work at least 50 percent of your employment level in direct care. As a rule, you work from Monday to Friday, and participating in practice is a matter of course for you.

Requirements

• Training at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)

• Mind. 3 years of professional experience in long-term care

• Understanding and introductory skills for older people
