This is what you will do.
- You support the customer consultants in the administrative support of their customers. In doing so, you handle financing, investment, pension and payment transactions administratively in cooperation with the relevant specialist departments.
- Preparation and follow-up of customer meetings as well as the telephone arrangement of consultation appointments are part of your tasks.
- You will receive our customers in the customer hall and advise them on our basic services, digital applications and bancomats.
- In the training and training of our learners in the private customer sector as well as in the organization of customer events you actively support.
