- act independently as an expert for pension fund solutions (BVG) and personal insurance (KTG, UVG, UVG-Z) for existing and new customers
- for optimal overall solutions, especially in the cadre sector
- Analyze existing solutions and develop future solutions
- be responsible for tenders/submissions and conduct negotiations with potential pension providers and asset managers and finalise results in a comparative model
- accompany today’s autonomous prevention solutions at project level in realignment
- Develop well-founded decision bases for our customers
- actively explore and promote cross-selling opportunities with tandem partners
- Working in a highly motivated team
- actively involved in the further development of the service area of the broker service
- at trade events and customer events as a speaker convince and inspire
They bring
- With passion for customer support and acquisition
- current market knowledge and several years of professional experience in corporate client consulting in the field of pension funds solutions and personal insurance
- the necessary conditions and the registration in the FINMA intermediary register with
- preferably experience at an insurance company, a broker or a collective/community foundation with a focus on sales and customer acquisition
- a sympathetic personality and have a stylish, sovereign and winning appearance
- Good IT skills (WinVS, BAYO, Power Point and Excel)
