Job Summary

Main responsibilities

  • Responsible for Life & Family operational support, business process analysis, processing of service requests as authorised and other responsibilities / duties periodically assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/or other requirements. Key Responsibilities
  • Support Life and Family Servicing requests processing and approve up to authority limit assigned.
  • Participate on the system enhancement, process improvement and digital projects. Role and Responsibilities including:
  • Liaise and coordinate with superior and IT or system support.
  • Assist superior in participating project meeting.
  • Assist superior in prepare system/business requirement and business process review.
  • Prepare test script and Perform User Acceptance Testing,
  • Prepare sign off document from stakeholder.
  • Prepare implementation sign off document.
  • Assist superior to monitor the result.

Key requirements

  • /Experience
  • Education : Degree or Diploma with relevant experience
  • Experience: Minimum 1 years working experience in Insurance Industry Technical Skills
  • Essential: PC literate and excellent in communication skills
  • Desirable : Knowledge in Life Insurance/ Takaful, good communication/ inter-personal skill.
  • Computer and system literate with knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
