Mansions The PalaRaiffeisen will be the new home for about a thousand sports athletes, such as basketball, volleyball, gymnastics, fencing, table tennis, judo and rhythmic gymnastics, who will benefit from a modern and functional infrastructure. It will be recognized as a centre of national competence for basketball, fencing and judo disciplines, whose national federations will have the opportunity to use the infrastructure for their training, training and competition activities. The structure will be equipped with a multifunctional gym for sports events with capacity to hold 3'000 spectators, transferable to the triple gym for workouts, a double gym and several gyms dedicated to the specific disciplines, with functional spaces for workouts, physical recovery, a fitness room and administrative offices of the Sports Division and sports companies. The PalaRaiffeisen was also designed to create extra-sports events with a maximum capacity of 4,000 people. The holder of the position, on the basis of the work programmes, the needs of service, the indications and priorities established by the managers, will be called to organize, plan, coordinate and verify the cleaning, maintenance and maintenance of the structure and the spaces of its competence, participating in the same and ensuring the safety and operation of the PalaRaiffeisen. In the construction phase of the structure:
• acquires the necessary skills and knowledge at the level of technical installations for efficient management of the same and for a functional maintenance of the structure;
• guarantees the support in the tests of the plants. In general:
• cooperates in the drafting and verification of preventive intervention and maintenance plans;
• coordinates and provides the necessary information to the technicians responsible for the maintenance of the plants and checks the status of the interventions;
• cooperates with the security services and the competent authorities during the events;
• reports to the direct superior any particularities found in the carrying out of the work (for example: wear, damages, malfunctions, etc.);
• supervises the correct use of the consumables, the machinery and the equipment supplied;
• guarantees the rational use of both human and mechanical resources with the aim of efficient and effective execution of cleaning, custody and maintenance;
• cares the management of technical material, warehouse and inventories, reporting needs of repair, replacement or purchase;
• oversees and is responsible for compliance with the safety and health requirements at work and on the use of clothing and individual protective devices prescribed;
• evades administrative practices relating to the function;
• keeps the necessary contacts with internal and external partners;
• it supervises the use of sports areas, changing rooms, forums and technical premises;
• it monitors compliance with the regulations of the structure;
• it maintains in good condition and manages the technical installations (heating plants, air conditioning, lighting, alarm systems, etc.);
