At the Valens rehabilitation clinic, we jointly lead and develop physiotherapy and occupational therapy. Our team leaders work closely with each other and with the therapies division manager. For this collegial leadership team, we are looking for a committed personality with pleasure in leadership, cooperation and further development. • Interface between the Head of Department Therapies at the site and your own team • Ensure that the annual goals are known to the team and are achieved • Implementation of up-to-date working conditions in your own team that enable safe and interdisciplinary work and promote employee satisfaction • Promoting the interdisciplinary cooperation of the own team and securing the interdisciplinary dialogue and the integration of the own team at the location • Promotion and monitoring of professional quality in your own team (e.g. coordination of internal and external training, development and implementation of measures, skill/grade mix) and reports deviations to the division manager • Works as a therapist according to the job description. The extent of the therapeutic work is defined in consultation with the department head of therapy at the site • Monitoring compliance with all specifications, processes and related documents in the team and suggesting modifications and adjustments to the division manager if necessary • Recruitment of subordinate employees in coordination with the Department Head of Therapies • Assumption of tasks in projects and their interdisciplinary elaboration Requirements • You have a bachelor’s degree in physiotherapy (BSc) recognised in Switzerland and in-depth professional experience, preferably in rehabilitation • You want to lead, promote and take responsibility – Leadership experience is welcome, but not a requirement • You convince through communication strength, empathy, decision-making ability and an appreciative attitude • You enjoy working in a team, think beyond departmental boundaries and appreciate joint decisions • You bring organizational skill, economic thinking and joy of change and development • Further qualifications, such as a master’s degree or further education in management and leadership, are advantageous We offer: • Creating Leadership Together – A collegial management team with close cooperation, mutual support and plenty of room for manoeuvre • Prospective and easy to reach workplace – in a collegial environment with clear structures, competent managers and appreciative communication • Real benefits instead of empty words – with paid changing time, 28 days of holidays as well as numerous internal and external discounts and offers.
