Role overview
This is what you do with us: The core of your job is answering the calls of our customers to support and relieve the general agencies as well as the independent processing of claims in the assistance industries.
You can consult our customers in an initial discussion with our customers thanks to your insurance knowledge and create offers and proof of insurance.
You will continue to handle claims resulting from Mobi24’s emergency assistance independently – working with internal and external partners.

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundbildung
- Bestehende Versicherungskenntnisse, idealerweise bereits VBV-zertifiziert
Key requirements
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundbildung
- Bestehende Versicherungskenntnisse, idealerweise bereits VBV-zertifiziert
- Freude am Kundenkontakt sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Teamfähigkeit und selbständige, kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise Flexibilität und hohe Belastbarkeit
- Bereitschaft zu unregelmässigen Arbeitseinsätzen (z.B. abends bis 20.30 Uhr sowie an Wochenenden und Feiertagen)
- Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse sowie solide Französisch- und/oder Italienischkenntnisse
