- Operational purchasing of consumer goods
- Activation of needs notifications and investment requests
- Maintaining and managing the master data in the SAP ERP system Conduct of price comparisons
- Agreement and coordination of appointments and participation in project-related tasks Processing of supplier complaints
- Close cooperation and exchange with department managers and employees of the internal interfaces Cooperation in strategic purchasing
- Ensuring an effective, efficient and process-oriented way of working, taking into account economic and environmental principles and the applicable logistics processes
- Ongoing exchange of information with Deputy Head of Purchasing Requirements
- Basic commercial training (EFZ) or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in procurement or purchasing, ideally in healthcare
- Knowledge of SAP MM (Materials Management) is an advantage Very good MS-Office knowledge
