Ensuring service-oriented communication with our employees, managers and applicants and reliably processing all inquiries
Ensuring high data quality in our core systems (such as Workday, RTM and Abacus)
Supervision of time management RTM including creation of evaluations for HR controlling
Handling and processing absences as well as responsibility for illness and accident management in UKA Solution as well as other administrative HR tasks Strengths
Basic commercial training with further training in HR and/or 3-5 years of professional experience in HR
Reliable and team-oriented personality with high quality standards
Native language German, R/D knowledge is an advantage
Workday, Abacus, RTM knowledge an advantage
Experience in supervising learners including a vocational training course is an advantage
