To support our teams, as of July 1, 2026, we are looking for: Nurse HF/FH for the Competence Center Psychiatry 60-80 % Your tasks
- You bring your expertise specifically in outpatient psychiatric care
- As a case-leading care specialist, you are responsible for the entire care process of your customers and carry out needs assessments according to interRAI-CMH.
- In close cooperation with relatives, doctors, clinics and other specialist centres, you provide holistic care
- In the team, you represent your colleagues internally and externally and are actively involved in committees of the Competence Center Psychiatry
- Within our self-organized team, you take on responsibility and actively participate in the further development of the competence center psychiatry
Requirement profile
- Diploma as a nurse HF/FH with a focus on psychiatry
- Several years of professional experience in inpatient psychiatry (ideally with ZSR number)
- Enjoying a varied working environment as well as an independent, self-responsible working method
- Responsibility for the entire care process of your customers
