- You collect customer data, create daily cards and update the customer base• You take empty goods and returns and control entrances• You manage the telephone exchange as well as information and prospect areas• You handle the debt collection efficiently and make the cash statement correct• You kindly welcome our customers and provide a professional first impression• You take on additional tasks around reception and service where you need• You register the goods at the check-out efficiently and correctly Requirements
- Completed training in the retail trade or in the food industry (e.g. cook, baker:in, butcher:in)• You work reliably, efficiently and have a well-kept appearance• You are fit to deal with MS Office• You approach people openly and enjoy customer contact• You are physically resilient and stay friendly even in hectic moments.
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Detailhandel oder in der Lebensmittelbranche (z.
- Koch, Bäcker:in, Metzger:in)• Du arbeitest zuverlässig, effizient und hast ein gepflegtes Auftreten• Du bist fit im Umgang mit MS Office• Du gehst offen auf Menschen zu und hast Freude am Kundenkontakt• Du bist körperlich belastbar und bleibst auch in hektischen Momenten freundlich• Du sprichst fliessend Deutsch und arbeitest gerne im Team
